The rice has rich antioxidant and anthocyanin properties. In has high potassium, magnesium and zinc content. It is also very high calcium (36.90 mg/100 gm) and iron (6.50 mg/100 gm)
Therapeutic Properties
It is used for curing leg pain, cancer, thyroid, kidney and liver related diseases. It is also used for curing arthritic pain and helps control diabetes.
